I am involved in the planning and implementation phases of creating new businesses and restructuring organizations. In the public markets, I am currently the CEO of Lomiko Metals (TSXV: LMR). I also work with pre-IPO companies and am the CEO of Lomiko Technologies, VP Business Development of Promethieus Technologies, SHD Smart Home Devices, and Director of Graphene ESD. Through AJS Management Corp., I also provide advice to private sector clients.
Until October 2006, I was heavily involved in the dynamic growth stage of Norsemont Mining. The company grew from a market capitalization of $1m to 50 market capitalization during my tenure. At Norsemont, I served as vice-president of business development, as well as the director, President and CEO, CFO, and Corporate Secretary. In 2011, Norsemont was bought by HudBay Minerals for $512 Million and the core property, Constancia, is an operating 30,000 tonne per day copper-molybdenum mine with an estimated net value of $ 20 billion.
My latest work has been to spearheading investment activities under Lomiko Technologies.
On December 4, 2014, Lomiko created Graphene Energy Storage Devices after it received confirmation from Strategic Alliance Partner Graphene Labs Inc. of New York that the Research Group at Stony Brook University received a prototype graphene supercapacitor and filed a patent. Lomiko owns 40% of the new company and will focus on research, development, and commercialization of this exciting new product.
